About arc

Coaching comebacks is our day job.

arc is run by James and Stephanie Booth. James is the head personal trainer at Life Time Las Vegas, where he leads the training team. Stephanie is a Pilates instructor and the creative half of arc: the programs' look, the brand, and much of how this all works comes from her.

Before the gym floor, they performed with Cirque du Soleil, touring the world as acrobats. That life teaches you two things. What a trained body is capable of, and what it takes to bring one back after it breaks down.

Between them, they've spent years coaching people through exactly the stretch arc covers: the awkward, under-served gap between being medically cleared and actually feeling like yourself again. The programs are the way they coach, written down. Patterns before load. Effort with a ceiling. Honest about bad days, because bad days are part of it.

Why arc exists

Physical therapy is excellent at what it does, and it ends. Insurance decides when, not readiness. The people walking out of a discharge appointment mostly get a sheet of home exercises and good wishes.

The gym is still there. The fear is new. arc was built to close that distance: programs with the structure of rehab and the ambition of training, for people who want their life back, not just their range of motion.
