Medical disclaimer

arc programs are exercise and training guidance. They are not medical advice, not physical therapy, and not a substitute for either.
Every arc program assumes you have been cleared for independent exercise by a qualified medical provider. If you have not been cleared, do not start a program. If your provider has given you specific restrictions on movements, loads, intensities, or positions, their instructions override anything in an arc program, every time.
Stop exercising and consult a medical professional immediately if you experience sharp or radiating pain, numbness or tingling, weakness in a limb, chest pain, dizziness, or any symptom your provider has told you to watch for.
Exercise carries inherent risk. By using an arc program you accept that risk and accept responsibility for training within your own limits and your provider's guidance. arc's readiness checks and effort ceilings are built to reduce risk. They cannot eliminate it.
If you are pregnant, arc's prenatal guidance applies only to low-risk pregnancies with an explicit green light from your obstetric provider, and their guidance always comes first.
